SD Mold Inspection is a mold inspection company created by Joshua Leviton. SD Mold inspection services the San Diego area and was created to simplify the process of dealing with mold. Joshua Leviton is a forensic scientist and a certified mold inspector. After dealing with water damage and mold growth in his home he was frustrated with the mold removal industry. It was unreliable and there appeared to be conflicts of interest everywhere he turned. Everyone was just trying to make some money and no one actually seemed to care about easing the stress of the situation for his or her client.
We understand, at the end of the day you need to run a business, but empathizing with your clients and running a business aren't mutually exclusive. We provide a service that does not end after the inspection. We are always available for questions and whether remediation is the next step or not, we will help guide clients through the entire process because we know first hand how stressful it can be. We use industry-standard methods which include air/swab sampling, 24-hour analysis, and a full report from both SD Mold Inspection and from the laboratory.
